has any1 ever cut off their cast a week before they were supposed and surfed but endeed up ok

yes l have but you got to make sure the surf is really good or its not worth it, if it is a arm cast keep it on, l would not advise it if it was on your leg

l have surfed with a cast on for like 2 weeks! My arm is totally fine. l could only ride my longboard (but hey it is better then not surfing at all.) l did not cut it off my cast early because l did not want my doctor to know l had been surfing. You are probably dieing to surf. Just paddle out on your log and see how it feels.

After l broke me hand l went surfing 2 weeks before l was supposed to stop wearing it! It all depends on how normal it feels. If it feels weak, do not go out, it is not worth it!

l surfed 3 weeks before l was supposed to get my cast off of my leg and rebroke it in 3 of the 4 places it was broken! It was sooo worth it though! l wouldnt suggest it!
