hey im 13! but l was windsurfing and wen l was doin it l fell on da sail and got my foot stuck between the board and sail and ten wen l pulled myself up a big wave came and l fell of and hit my back off the board and the ground..i was put on a stretcher and crap.will l be okay???plz help.
