l know of several good surf 'day camps' & day camp programs. l have never heard of a sleep away surf camp in NY or NJ, but does not mean there r not any. l would suggest u check on line.
Real estate along the coast of NY & NJ is extremely expensive. It is also pretty densely populated anymore. Beach front properties rent well in excess of $2,500. a week, so l do not know where u would be able to have a 'sleep over' type camp property anywhere that l have been along the coast.
