l live in michigan and l surf the great lakes. the best waves are in october and november. l have a 3/2 wetsuit and was wundering if it would keep me warm enough to surf in 35 degree water for a few hours or if l needed to invest in a thicker wetsuit?

To be on the safe side go with a thicker one you will be able to catch more waves with out hypothermia.

Get a 4/3! l wear my 3/2 in pretty cold water sometimes, but in 35 degree water your are asking to be a statistic.

4/3, that is crazy. l get cold when the water drops below 50 in my 3/2. You should also check out those heated wetsuits. Have fun lake surfing!!
