ya it looks cool but it does not go to 30'. max like 15'. but l mean that is beter than nothing at all

no guys: l think l saw some one with this product, it does not sling back, they would not design something that stupid. it takes like 20 seconds to contract (like stretching a rubber skipping rope, after you stretch it slowly contracts.

Yeah thats what you want, your surfboard on a rubber band. From what you say, this sounds like a retarted product, more geared at harming a surfer than helping him.

You have two big problems with elasticized lines, cords, etc. First, when the reach there extension limit, they returned to their compressed state at high velocity (a rubber band!) l can see that becoming a surfboard slingshot. Second, is that when elasticized lines part, they have all of that stored energy to release, and they can cut you in half. Ask anybody who has seen a nylon mooring line part under a strain, it is deadly.

well good if you want a board pinging you in the face and knocking your teeth out, wouldnt want a bag of sugar attached to a bungee cord coming towards me, a bit of stretch is good to stop yourself from being dragged too much by the wave, but a normal one is good enough
