I need a face sunscreen for teens that will not rub off with constant water exposure in the ocean.

Teens stay in the ocean all day: surfing, water boarding, etc. They rub their eyes and cheeks...and all sunscreen comes off, giving them a bad burn every day we go to the beach. Help!!! Any suggestions? Any surfers out there?

The best sunscreen that l use is called Headhunter. Hands down, its the best. Its excellent, but hard to find outside of surf shops. For the face, try using Zinka. If u have young kids, they'd definately love it. Its a thick sunscreen (its Zinc Oxide), comes in about ten different colors, & it stays on very well. If l am out for a six hour sesh, its what l use & it has never failed. Zinka also makes a clear sunscreen, which is also good, but l use Headhunter all over, except when l use zinka on the face.

Both r available on the internet:

zinka.com

headhuntersurf.com/

Edit*

Actually, headhunter makes both the type that rubs in as well as the type that doesn't. And, after checking their website recently, they also have a zinc oxide face sunscreen called War Paint, however l have not used it & it is plain white, which might not be as interesting to younger kids as the Zinka colored one is are.

absolutely headhunter.they make a type that you can see (does not rub in clear) so you know where you put it and where it is been rubbed off.

A really great sunscreen that is all natural & highly water resistant is TruKid Sunny Days face stick. It is SPF 30 so it protects from burns, & since it is in a stick it is really easy to apply, especially for kids & teens. It lasts all day; the other day l put it on my shoulders & went bike riding for 6 hours & not even a slight sunburn appeared! My whole family uses it & loves it. The smell is light & citrusy, rather than the normal ''sunscreen'' smell. I'd recommend it to anyone!
