l just wanna know where would be the best place to buy surf brand clothes (Billabong, Reef, Quiksilver, Volcom etc...) and shoes (Vans, DC, Globe, Etnies)

They sell surf clothes everywhere in the free world, and in most former Iron Curtain countries. Now, wearing surf clothes is not surfing. Anybody can wear surf clothes. If you drive east for about an hour, you will find the Atlantic Ocean. You can surf in that, even if you are wearing cut offs.

RON JON SURF SHOP !! There used to be one in Orlando, but if not swing to the coast and you can find all kinds of them from Jacksonville to the Keys!!

Pac Sun for sure which im sure they have there because they even have one here in Missouri and for the shoes l would recommend Journeys shoe store

theres a store called adrenalina in the florida mall which is pretty cool, not only do they sell every brand you could want, they also sell equipment and have a flow rider in the store. heres the link:
