Maybe in Rhodie if your lucky, but none of the major camp providers (Billabong, Quiksilver) dont really care about the northeast. Maybe if you check with the ESA(easternsurfingasociation) they might have something.

There r dozens (hundreds?) of places to learn surfing in the northeast. l do not know if any of the ''camps'' that l see advertised r residential. Do not forget, it costs over a thousand bucks or more a week to rent a beach house in any northeast town that l know. Enough land, or a big enough facility for a residential camp might be a long shot.
Start at a surf shop, & ask there. Go to a real surf shop, not a bathing suit store that sells some surfboards. The folks there will hook u up with lessons (either individual or group) & even rent u a board if one is not provided with the lessons. Real surf shops r great places, with lots of knowledgeable surfers to help u out. You can try on line, but face to face is the best way to do business

There is no (sleep away) surf camp in the northeast, the only place you'd find something like that is going on a chartered surf trip, which sucks because the places they go r always crowded. Depends where in the northeast. A lot of surf shops have people who give lessons, usually by the hour. You'd have to be a little more specific of where. In East Hampton there is a day camp which does surfing, mountainbiking, wakeboarding, etc. Its mostly surfing, u just do the other stuff when the waves suck. (mainbeach.com). Other than that, l do not know of any place. Your best bet is to get lessons from a surf shop, there is not many surf camps.
