ok l LOVE surfing but l need to build up my strength. l swim 4-5 times a week for 2 hrs at a time to help me with surfing but l need to work on my upper body strength, core and legs. are there any exercise l can do to build up my strength for surfing???

well deffinitaally to weights that will help paddling out
also do some chin lifts, pushups and bar dips
