I am going to WEST PALM BEACH tomorrow and staying till Sunday.l have not been surfing in a while so l was wondering if it is possible to surf in that area.I've heard that it would be way too flat but l thought I'd let the experts decide =)).

not the best place to surf but it has been very windy on the coast lately so it might be good for a change

I've lived all over the east coast of Florida. The most surfing l saw was along the Space Coast.Cocoa Beach area, and in the Fort Lauderdale area. It might be the type of crowd that is in West Palm that surfing was not as popular.

l lived in west palm for 4 years. theres definetly surf there.
except for around the lake worth pier they dredged there is trash..

. if u take okeechobee straight out to the beach where u see the flagpole thats a decent spot or go a few blocks north along the ocean just past the breakers inn to some streets called sunset/sunrise thats a good spot too.

.pretty much everything in south florida is a ''shorebreak'' so itll be pretty easy paddling out even if its rough.. enjoy
