im 6.2 and i weigh in at 110klgs what size longboard should i ride

l guess 110 Kilos is around 240 lbs. You are a BIG dude. l weigh about 225 (but l am fat). You need a fat enough board to float you (3inch+) for decent take-offs. But how long, that is all up to you. My long board is a 9'4 my 6'2'' son-in-law rides a 10'' when he is longboarding.

l am 6'5'' & l weigh about the same. It all depends on if u have any experience or not. l have boards ranging from 7'6'' to 11' & they all have their strengths & weaknesses. If u have not surfed before l would recommend something over 8'6''. If u choose a board that is huge (easy to catch & ride waves) u will have a rough time paddling through the waves to get outside. If u choose a smaller ( <8'6'') board, u will be able to paddle out, but u could have a harder time catching waves. If u have good balance, or u have snowboarded or wakeboarded, ect, u could get away with a smaller board. At 110 kg l personally would stay above a 7'6'' in a long board shape no matter how good of balance u have. If u live somewhere with small surf u will need to go with a bigger board. 9' to 10' plus if ur surf is usually <3'-4'.
