NO WAY HOSAY! it wont do a thing to your board, just dont duckdive too deep in the shallow end, because you might ding the nose..
wetsuits on the other hand, might get a little bit ruined if you put them in chlorine water. lie pools.

Well, if the fiberglass is in good shape, u will be fine. However, l would definitely give it a fresh water rinse after u put it in ur pool.

The bottom line is any damage that would come from a swimming pool would probably be less than what you'd get from taking it into the ocean in terms of the type of water it is in.

But again, just like wetsuits, u should always give ur board a good rinsing after taking it out & never leave wetsuits in the sun for too long after rinsing them off.

No it will not hurt it at all. Its good practice

seriously trust me if you are a good surfer you may be able to stand up if not that good then a probability of falling over hitting your head on the side and possibly never able to surf again

ENJOY (not the bad bit) :D

Why not test it in the ocean? If you have a fiberglass resin board, you will easily ding it on the cement and gunnite walls of a pool. One of the new epoxy boards will probably be a little tougher. Of course if you have one of the sleazy, mass-produced tough-lite pop outs, you wo not damage it at all. There is even a good reason to have one of them. get out of the pool and go surfing!
