Depends on what your surfing in. Could be surfing a wave , or the web, surfing channels .All of them can easily be addicting.

its very addictive many people have based their whole lives on it. moving to third world for the solitude & great surf & a simple life.or even in the US basing work & obligations around coming swells & embracing the daytime is playtime theory in life. verses the work ur but off & strive to get a head & get a nice car & nice house & lots of taxes etc.. & all the STRESS that goes with that. l have lived both the last 13yrs have been the more evil of the two & the burn is to sell the house take the cash & live a simple life for the30 hopefully years l have left.
natures crack is adrenaline, & it is addictive
