Resin & cloth r not really cheap. Check the internet, or yellow pages for fiberglass suppliers in ur area. You can order from them, pick it up, or they will deliver it to u for free during a run to local shapers. As far as blanks, u can buy a beater board off http://craigslist.org skin it, then reshape it. That will save a lot off the cost of buying blanks. Be sure ur fiberglass supplier carries surfboard supplies. Boat resins wo not do the trick. If u live anywhere near the Florida east coast, these guys r great: http://fiberglassflorida.com/
