for me it is the common interest. girlfriends that do not surf think that surfing is a 'silly guy thing', and have no idea what a great rush that 10 seconds on a wave is. It takes a surfer girl to really understand us surfer guys. And usually surfer girls are tan and athletic. good combination if you ask me, l like my women dark like my coffee
