Of Course,
Surfing is for all ages and walks of life. It is a great hobby, exercise and just plain fun.
Make sure you take some lessons from a PROFESSIONAL instructor. This will ensure that you will not develop bad habits and you also wo not be a hazard to other surfers. Remember to always have fun!!

l do not see why not. There is a lady over 60 who is never been an athlete in her life, but started training for a few years and eventually completed the Ironman triathlon. Moral of the story is, with some dedication, anything is possible.
l recently have been taking one of my friends surfing on small days (he is 29), and less than a month later he is surfing on his own and having no problems.

most definetly! anyone can surf no matter what age. 21 is the prime age, because you are at the top of your physical peak. Just get a long board and move your way up to a fish or a shortboard, depending on where you live. get out there!

Sure! Surfing is an ocean sport, and should only be practiced by confident and competent ocean swimmers. Master your ocean skills, and the be sure to start out with good professional lessons. There are already way too many dangerous people in the water, who think they can surf, do not join their ranks. There is no age limit on surfing. l hav bee at it for 42 years, and l hope you take the time to learn the right way, and have as much fun as l have had.

Of course, most definitely you can learn, regardless of how old you are, it is so much fun! Just remember to start off with a long board until you learn how to at least balance, then as you progress, you can get a short board. =P

Of course! Anyone at any age can do anything! For example:
Yesterday l went to my Tae Kwon Do class a little early to see all the new white belts. Guess what? l saw this gray haired granny learning Tae Kwon Do! It felt good knowing everyone could do that fun sport.
Knowing that, do you want to surf even more? Go for it!

Definitely. l started at 25 and 3 years later, I'd say l am a competent surfer now. But be prepared to dedicate ALOT of time to being in the water. Not that this will be a problem if you get into it. Oh, and also, you need to live near the ocean. Surfing will change your life if you take it seriously.
