I'am getting into surfing andiam woundering what can l do to prevent the loss of my lenses when l surf???

l wear contacts when l surf all the time and l have been doing it for years, but for the first time l happen to loose one a couple days ago when a random chop broke in front of me when my eyes were wide open taking my left contacts out

so my only tip is close your eyes when you know youre going to eat it or when the wave is going to hit you they dont easily come out unless you hit a wave head on with your eyes open

l would suggest maybe wearing goggles. They can help protect your contacts from being lost, and can keep the salt water out, so you can always see good.

l Crazy Glue my contacs to my eye balls before l go for a surf.
l find that it works wonders!!!

l wear some killer swim goggles like the ones they wear in the olympics..Hell ya that will keep anything out! l will steal you a pair at the 2008 Summer Olympics in China!
