l use to have a 8'0 minimal and then a 6'6 board but sold both of them and havent surfed for about 6 months. Thanks for the help.

A 6'0 fish is fine for an intermediate surfer just as long as its not the only surfboard you own because it is not practical or suitable for most conditions anyway l found. l bought a fish because l had always wanted one, but l used it only a few times. l would always end up grabbing my 6'6 out of the car and putting the fish back anyways.. Fish are good summer boards, if you intend on doing a lot of paddling though Id say forget it.

If you've had a 6'6' thruster l would think you have the skills for a 6 foot fish. Fishes are fast and a lot of fun, l love mine.
