where are you as l am not sure what signs you are talking about. They may be something that is unique to your area. Why not try ask at the local surf shop as to where they got theirs??? If not try ebay

It sounds like you are talking about the promotional wood signs you see hanging up in surf shops for brands like quiksilver, billabong, dakine, o'neill, etc. l would ask them how much they would be willing to sell them for. They can probably get a replacement one for free or for a lot less than you would spend if you tried to go through the compnay yourself.
