Since most East Coast breaks are temporary sand bars this is a tricky one. l guess it would be somewhere on the Outer Banks. When l am down there with friends my favorite place is wherever we decide to go. Might be in town, Pea Island, Rodanthe pier, ramp 23.who knows?
Why? Cause l love the Outer Banks. Hell, l even love it when it is flat down there.

''The Washout'' on Folly Beach, SC cause l live here and it is a consistently solid spot.
Other places that l have surfed on the east coast that l like and are better breaks would be ''C-Street'' on Wrightsville, Sebastian, and Cocoa.
