I'd call it a bail. Looked like he was trying a kerrupt flip and lost his board but managed to grab it ans land on his stomach.

El Rollos were originally a long boarding move from the 60's. When your board weighs 50 pounds you do not lose a lot of momentum when you roll. Probably could not pull one on a modern longboard.

It looks like a drop-knee rollo -the kind you land prone.Same thing.Tonino probably saw one of the local DK rippas at Banyans do this,and tried it himself.
