You'd probably be able to get one made by a local seamstress. The fabric u can find at Joann is fabric store. Bring in one of ur rash guards, & bring it to the ladies at the counter & ask if they have any material the same as this but in red & yellow. Just ask for help finding it, because u do not want to buy the wrong kind of material. Get a yard to a yard & a half (just to be sure u have enough) of each color.

Then, bring in ur material & sketch to a seamstress or tailor & ask them if they can make it. You may have to go to more than one place. And it may not be cheap ( l think it will be expensive). But if u really want it done, it should not be that hard to find someone.

Mostl likely any surf shot that sell surf boards has them.

We sell custom rash guards and l have to tell you that each place you want a different color you need a seam. so a shirt like this will CAUSE rashes since you will have seams all over it.

We can get you just about any colors you want but the color changes need to be on the front, back or side panels where the seams are.
