what do you think about the liquid shredder pro 5'8? website is softsurfboards.com. also, l bought sth. from them off the internet and they never sent it!? what should l do?

Contact their customer service dept. If they do not have one or do not respond in a satisfactory manner and you paid using a credit card or paypal you can contact them to get the funds back.

As far as liquid shredder boards go can not say that l would recommend it. INT soft boards are okay, my daughter rode on for the first few years she surfed.

Kim_Dude covered the board issue pretty well. l looked at them myself, but was leary.

l have had quite a few problems with internet merchants this year, so trust me, l know how u feel! l am assuming u paid with a credit card. Send an e-mail to the softsurfboards.com site with a date for them to respond to you. State that u will dispute the charge if they do not resolve the issue by that time. And, do so!

If u paid by PayPal, they have their own dispute console within their website. If that does not get u anywhere (they tend to side with the merchant more often than I'd like), then hopefully u used a credit card Within ur pay pal account. You can then still dispute the charge.

If u used a debit card, call SoftSurfboards. If they wo not give u an answer right then & there as to when u will get ur board, go to ur bank & ask for a temp. credit to ur account & file a ''Reg. E'' ( l believe it is called.) complaint for the charge.
