I used to windsurf when I was 16, but now I am 28 years old. Do you think I am to old to surf again?

28 is not old at old . l think if you can still do it you should go for it while you can before you actually do get to the age where you couldnt.

HELL NO! Age is Nothing But A Number. It is be an awesome way to get back into shape, & stay that way! l hope even if u were turning 70 you'd still give it a go. You've got to go after any passion u have in life, it gives u something to look forward to.and brings more passionate people into ur life! Let go of any inhibitions & Have a blast! ..ps.in 8 years when l am 28 l am gonna remind myself l typed this so l wo not hesitate to go after something too : )

obviously no ive seen a 73 year old surfing a longboard and oldest wnd surfer l ever saw was about 62 so get back on that board dont be an old man before your time

Dude, you're never too old to surf. You may have to change what you ride and how you ride it as you age but there is no reason to not take it back up. Unless you are taking about taking back up wind surfing, in which case l say take up surfing instead.
